Willing to trade crew, support, etc. for projects?

I live in Holyoke, I'm singer-songwriter, spoken word performer stage experience all the way back to the 80s. I'm willing to trade tech staff and support for live or recorded events. I help you with yours you help me with mine that sort of thing. I have projects ready for collaboration as well. I'm self-employed so very flexible lots of studio experience video, audio, cameras the works. I see there's not much going on here but somebody's gotta get it started! Anybody? Mr. Bueller? :-)

I just reviewed the rules, for the record I'm a big believer in them! But this one is for admin, in this scenario here if someone says they're willing to volunteer for a show but they want to know more about it. I'm not allowed to give them a link if the details necessary are on my website. If this is truly going to be collaborative for him we need to have safety and the ability to share information even if it happens to be on our website. Self-promotion is one thing. I get it but what is the proper protocol in this specific scenario? Your response is greatly appreciated in advance.

What we want to avoid are calls to action for sales. So, for example, this would not be the place to share ticketing information for the show. Sharing the link to the main landing page should be fine.

Thanks for the update Alexis. No I have not been disallowed but I read the rules before posting this question ……. Though I now see that you are likely working on them because they no longer mention what caused me to ask which was something to the effect of "no links to your website except in your bio " I don't see that anymore which is good news! But just a heads up the PDF link to all the rules is broken, and so is the contact link on the rules discussion page. Thanks for all you're doing.

I attended the free grant writing workshop at Bombyx in Florence tonight. Learned a remarkable statistic about the available Arts funding. It's based upon the number of applications per county. Which means that's the explanation for why the Boston area the vast majority of the funds. Population density means more submissions. But the facilitator explained we could easily compete with that because western Mass is statistically more creative and artistic than the east, we just need to work together every way that we can or, don't go it alone but join our voices to get those resources for our artistic endeavors. This is a good place to start doing that. Invite the creative people you know and let's get to it.
